Cancellation Policy

After purchasing, customers have 12 hours to request cancellation and receive a full refund, or modify their order. During the first 12 hours, we can change your delivery details, name, email and phone number. 

After 12 hours, your order is in process and can no longer be modified, except for your shipping address.

We can correct/modify your shipping address before we ship your order out.
